Shipping Policy

During the years I spent planning and working on this project, I never would have guessed that shipping rates would be the most complicated part of the entire process. Let me be upfront with you. Given the location of my followers and potential customers, I had to determine the shipping costs for each product to approximately 60 different countries. We have made every effort to establish fair shipping rates for each country. We strive to price our products and shipping rates fairly. Believe me, there is no such thing as free shipping; other companies often raise their product prices and claim that shipping is free. To us, concealing the cost of one thing within the price of another is deceptive, and we do not wish to operate in that manner. The world is a crazy place, and there’s no secret about that. Shipping rates will always fluctuate due to fuel prices, exchange rates, changing trade agreements and tariffs. All we can do is promise that as we expand and grow, we will always make our best effort to get your items to you in the shortest and most affordable way possible.

Return & Exchange Policy

We understand that things may not go perfectly 100% of the time. However, we are committed to doing our best to ensure that in the rare 0.01% of cases where things go wrong, we make it 100% right with you. While we strive to prevent any issues, if they do occur, please reach out to us and give us the opportunity to resolve them.

 

If you receive a defective product, simply email us with pictures of the defective item. If it is indeed defective, we will send you a replacement product. You won’t even need to return the original. Your satisfaction is important to us, as is our reputation.

 

If you receive a visibly defective product, not only will we replace it, but if you destroy the faulty product for us, we will reward you for doing so. We do not want defective products to be circulating damaging our reputation. Therefore, if by chance you receive a truly defective product, please do not leave a negative review or ignore the issue. Sure we are new, but we don’t want a “pass”.

That all being said, we will not offer refunds. Show us a defective product, and we will replace it. Ordered the wrong size? Ya that’s on you. Made a late night drunken purchase when you shouldn’t have? Also on you lol.
